This form is only used in order to make your email address reflect an official/preferred name change. If you instead want to create an additional email address to point to your existing email address, please resort to the Get an Email Alias form.

If you legally change your name (or change your preferred/chosen name), sometimes you need to change your official UNT email address without creating an alias. Once your official UNT email address changes, you will need to change your login name on every device you check UNT email with (only on the devices that use your email address instead of your EUID as the username). Listed below are the methods to go about changing your official name with UNT.
